Dick Schultz, president and owner of Professional Resources Group, has been facilitating group processes, in particular process using storyboards as a visual tool, for nearly 15 years, more than 10 as his primary work. Prior to that Dick, who holds a Master's Degree in Social Work, was an executive director for several social services agencies. Most recently he served as Executive Director for the Florida Association for the Blind.

While Dick has facilitated with many top corporations, among them Johnson & Johnson, Bell South and Sheetz ( a major convenience store chain in the Northeast and Middle Atlantic) his most heavy involvement in recent years has been with education.

Dick has been a driving force in facilitation and training in the Tennessee State Department of Education's School Improvement Program. He has been involved in training more than 200 teachers, administrators, staff and community members to manage major, federally-mandated school improvement.

In addition Dick has been heavily involved with school districts and service centers in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Florida, Maryland and Connecticut.
