Diane Elko is president and owner of Improve It! Consulting and Training in Houston, Texas.

Diane specializes in Total Quality and productivity management. She brings 25 years of experience to RHScott Associates. She is an RAB certified Quality Management systems Auditor and an Internal Audit Trainer in partnership with Frontline Resources, Inc.

Diane has implemented the ISO 9000 Standard, integrating it with Total Quality Management. Diane is a graduate of Seton Hill University in Greensburg, PA, where she also has served as an adjunct professor of marketing. She has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

She has worked in Total Quality, marketing and ISO as Vice President of Customer Service and Quality (and National Director of Quality) for Talent Tree; Director of Quality for Van Kampen American Capital Mutual Fund Company; Senior Project Manager, Senior Corporate Consultant and Principal Productivity Manager for Mellon Bank, N.A. and a Quality Instructor and analyst for United Technologies Elliott Company.

A widely published author of professional articles and papers, she has been active in numerous professional organizations. She was an Invited Delegate to China's Citizen Ambassador Program.

Her critical focus areas include: Performance and Productivity Improvement; Benchmarking Best Practices; Customer Satisfaction/Retention Studies; Measure Systems/Scorecards; ISO9000 Implementation and Training; Training Design and Facilitation; Strategic Planning; Team Building and Profiles Assessment; Problem Solving/Communication Skills; Leadership Coaching.

She and Rich Heiland, president of RHScott, have worked together since she attended a storyboard workshop in 1995. She is a trained facilitator RHScott's SolutionsMap process and she and Rich Heiland have co-facilitated and trained, as well as delivered programs. She is the licensed representative for RHScott in Texas and the Southwest.
